Rice Length Grader (Model: GNRG)
Grader is designed for accurate length separating & sizing of Grain, Seeds & other Granular Materials. The indent cylinder separates material by length. h pocket lifts short material and discharges this into an inner through which conveys the material. These lifting may be discharged or they may be spouted to another cylinder for further separations. The longer material may also be discharged or spouted to another cylinder for further separations. The type of material or tailed will depend on the indent pocket size. Each grader is equipped with a cylinder speed control This adjustment can be made by turning the hand wheel near the drive system. A cylinder speed between 30-60 RPM can be obtained. It will be necessary to check the cylinder speed periodically during operations to be sure the most desirable speed is maintained.
